A wonderful Vintage collar necklace from the late 20th Century depicting a fabulous serpent with the snake’s head and tail connecting at the bottom to represent eternal love. Intricate engraved patterns are etched into the head with two 0.05ct Rubies set as the eyes.
It’s fashioned in 9ct Yellow Rolled Gold and fitted with a secure box clasp with added safety catch complete with the makers initials J.B. and Birmingham hallmarks which date the piece to 1982.
The necklaces elasticated design expands to fit comfortably around the neck and is very smooth on the skin.
